Like Chrome uses 2D Hardware Acceleration, and Megaman 11 uses 3D Hardware Acceleration. It happens because of both 2D Hardware Acceleration and 3D Acceleration being turned on at the same time in different applications. For some odd reason, some games can crash if they try to override Nvidia Own Settings and somehow Nvidia doesn't allow the game to do so as it wishes. I solved my problem(not sure if the same tho) by setting the same configurations for both Nvidia Panel and Ingame video settings. I reinstalled the game, roll back the nvidia driver, and didn't solved it.
